Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 24, 2025

At Meatball Designs, we believe in transparency and fairness. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, payment-related disputes, and non-payment situations.

Standard Development Packages

Clients who request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests made after 14 days will be issued as store credit toward future Meatball services.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@meatballdesigns.com and must include the reason for the refund. If this is not done, a refund will not be honored.
All refunds are contingent on the removal of files, deliverables, and logins from our servers.

Professional Development, Social Media & Marketing Services

Refund requests related to professional development, social media development, or any marketing services must be submitted in writing via certified mail and must include a clear reason for the refund request.
These requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and are subject to Meatball Designs’ discretion based on project progress and completion status:

  • If the project is fully completed, no refund will be issued.

  • If partially completed, a partial refund may be granted, less the cost of work already fulfilled.
    Refund requests for these services made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Failure to Pay & Non-Payment

If payment is not received within 30 days, the customer’s website and any hosted or related services will be suspended. Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal from our servers and referral to a third-party collections agency.

Disputes & Chargebacks

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, the customer’s website and related services will be suspended until the issue is resolved. If resolved in the customer’s favor, Meatball Designs reserves the right to recover the disputed amount through third-party collections.
